By downloading, installing, or using SignalRelay (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Software Licensing
- Free Edition: The free plugin distributed through WordPress.org is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later.
- Pro Edition: Pro licenses grant access to premium features, automated updates, and technical support during the active subscription period for the number of authorized sites (Personal: 1 site, Business: 5 sites, Agency: 25+ sites).
2. 14-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to purchase with absolute confidence. All SignalRelay Pro subscriptions include an unconditional 100% money-back guarantee for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase:
- If for any technical, compatibility, or workflow reason SignalRelay does not fit your requirements, we will issue a full refund without questions or hurdles.
- You can request a refund directly from your Freemius Customer Portal or by emailing support@signalrelayapp.com.
3. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations
- Secure Processing: All transactions, invoicing, and tax compliance are powered by Freemius Inc., our authorized Merchant of Record.
- Renewal Notices: Freemius issues automated email reminders well in advance of any annual subscription renewal.
- One-Click Cancellation: You can turn off auto-renewal at any time with a single click in your customer portal while retaining full access to Pro features for the remainder of your paid billing term.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind regarding third-party advertising account policies, tracking restrictions, or unexpected upstream API changes by Meta, TikTok, Google, or Pinterest. SignalRelay and Anlu Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages or ad spend variations.
