1. Website Privacy (signalrelayapp.com)

Our website is a static information and technical documentation platform:

• Zero Invasive Tracking: We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our marketing website.
• No Stored Credentials: We do not operate a user database containing customer passwords or credit cards. All Pro license management, checkout, and invoicing are handled securely and delegated to our Merchant of Record, Freemius.
• Edge Server Logs: Standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses and request headers) are temporarily processed by Cloudflare CDN for network security, DDoS protection, and content delivery.

2. SignalRelay Plugin Data Architecture

The SignalRelay plugin operates on a Direct Peer-to-API architecture:

• No Intermediary Cloud Proxies: SignalRelay never routes your visitors' conversion events through Anlu Studio servers. Requests travel directly from your own web server to the official endpoints of Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
• Cryptographic SHA-256 PII Hashing: Any personally identifiable information (PII) captured through forms (such as email addresses or phone numbers) is normalized and hashed using SHA-256 on your server before network transmission.
• Consent-Gated by Default: SignalRelay integrates natively with the official WP Consent API and Google Consent Mode v2, halting event dispatch if the visitor rejects marketing or analytics cookies.

3. Artificial Intelligence Usage Disclosure (AI Disclosure)

In compliance with global transparency standards (including the EU AI Act and FTC consumer protection guidelines):

• Deterministic Tracking Engine (Zero AI / LLM Processing): SignalRelay's tracking engine, rule mapper, and deduplication logic are powered strictly by deterministic, auditable code. Under no circumstances is your visitor data, form submissions, or conversion events transmitted to third-party AI models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or others) for inference or model training.
• Customer Support Assistance: If Anlu Studio utilizes AI-assisted tooling to assist with support tickets or documentation searches, such tools process only the explicit text of voluntary inquiries submitted by users, with zero access to your database or customer data.

4. Third-Party Payment and Licensing Processors

To provide secure global transactions and compliance:

• Freemius Inc.: Serves as our Merchant of Record for Pro licensing, processing payments, international VAT/tax compliance, and automated updates. Privacy policy: freemius.com/privacy.
• WordPress.org: Hosts and distributes the Free edition under the open-source GPLv2 license.
