Our website is an information and technical documentation platform with built-in privacy protections:

• Zero Invasive Tracking: We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our marketing website.
• No Stored Credentials: We do not operate a user database containing customer passwords or credit cards. All Pro license management, checkout, and invoicing are handled securely and delegated to our Merchant of Record, Freemius.
• Edge Security & Logs: Standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses and request headers) are temporarily processed by Cloudflare CDN for network security, DDoS protection, and content delivery with strict HTTPS and security headers enforced.

2. Website Forms & Lead Capture (Early Access & Contact)

When you interact with forms on our website:

• Early Access Waitlist: When you voluntarily submit your email to join the priority waitlist, we collect your email address solely to deliver your confirmation, reserve your 20% launch discount, and notify you on official launch day.
• Contact Inquiries: When submitting pre-sales or technical questions via our contact form, we collect your name, email, topic, and message solely to respond to your request.
• Email Infrastructure (Resend): We utilize Resend Inc. as our transactional email processor. Email data is transmitted securely over TLS and processed in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.
• No Sale of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or monetize your contact information. You may opt out or request permanent deletion of your email at any time by replying to any email we send you or by writing to privacy@signalrelayapp.com.

3. SignalRelay Plugin Data Architecture

The SignalRelay plugin operates on a Direct Peer-to-API architecture:

• No Intermediary Cloud Proxies: SignalRelay never routes your visitors' conversion events through Anlu Studio servers. Requests travel directly from your own web server to the official endpoints of Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Cryptographic SHA-256 PII Hashing: Any personally identifiable information (PII) captured through forms (such as email addresses or phone numbers) is normalized and hashed using SHA-256 on your server before network transmission.
• Consent-Gated: SignalRelay integrates natively with the official WP Consent API, halting event dispatch if the visitor rejects marketing cookies.

4. Artificial Intelligence Usage Disclosure (AI Disclosure)

In compliance with global transparency standards (including the EU AI Act and FTC consumer protection guidelines):

• Deterministic Tracking Engine (Zero AI / LLM Processing): SignalRelay's tracking engine, rule mapper, and deduplication logic are powered strictly by deterministic, auditable code. Under no circumstances is your visitor data, form submissions, or conversion events transmitted to third-party AI models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or others) for inference or model training.
• Customer Support Assistance: If Anlu Studio utilizes AI-assisted tooling to assist with support tickets or documentation searches, such tools process only the explicit text of voluntary inquiries submitted by users, with zero access to your database or customer data.

5. Third-Party Payment and Licensing Processors

To provide secure global transactions and compliance:

• Freemius Inc.: Serves as our Merchant of Record for Pro licensing, processing payments, international VAT/tax compliance, and automated updates. Privacy policy: freemius.com/privacy.
• Resend Inc.: Transactional email delivery infrastructure for waitlist confirmations and contact alerts. Privacy policy: resend.com/privacy.
