Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

SignalRelay supports full end-to-end integration with the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) in both the Free and Pro plans.

How to Get Your Meta Credentials

  1. Open Meta Events Manager

    Log into Meta Events Manager using your Meta Business Suite administrator account.

  2. Find your Pixel ID (Dataset ID)

    • In the left menu, select your Data Source (Pixel / Dataset).
    • Open the Settings tab.
    • Copy the numeric value under Dataset ID / Pixel ID (15 or 16 digits).

  3. Generate the Conversions API Access Token

    • In the same Settings tab, scroll down to the Conversions API section.
    • Under Set up manually, click the blue link Generate access token.
    • Copy the generated token string (starts with EA...).

  4. Paste Credentials in SignalRelay

    • In your WordPress admin, navigate to SignalRelay → Connections → Meta.
    • Paste your Pixel ID and Access Token.
    • Click Save Changes.
