TikTok (Events API)

SignalRelay Pro allows you to dispatch conversion signals to TikTok Ads Manager via both browser and server channels using the official TikTok Events API 2.0.

Obtaining Your TikTok Credentials

1. Open TikTok Ads Manager

   Log into TikTok Ads Manager and go to Tools → Events.

2. Select your Web Pixel

   • Under Web Events, select your active pixel.
   • Open the Settings tab.
   • Copy the TikTok Pixel ID (20-character alphanumeric string).

3. Generate the Access Token

   • In the Events API section, click Generate Access Token.
   • Copy the generated secret key.

4. Activate in SignalRelay Pro

   • In your WordPress admin, go to SignalRelay → Connections → TikTok.
   • Enter your Pixel ID and Access Token.
   • Click Save Changes.
